Rebate Ready Proposals writes heat pump proposals for contractors. This page explains what information we collect to do that, how we use it, and when we delete it.
What we collect
- About you, the contractor: your name, company, email, phone, logo and brand colors, and billing details.
- About each job you send: the homeowner’s name and address, notes and photos from the site visit, voice memos, equipment details, prices, and information about the home’s heating and energy use.
- About visits to this website: basic, cookie-free statistics such as page views, through Cloudflare Web Analytics.
How we use it
- To write, check and deliver proposals for you, and to send reminders you’ve asked us to send on your behalf.
- To bill you and to contact you about your account.
We don’t sell information, and we never share one contractor’s jobs or customers with another contractor.
Who helps us
We use a small number of service providers to run the business: cloud storage and databases, email, forms, payments (Stripe), and AI services that draft proposal wording from your notes. They process information only to provide their service to us.
How long we keep it
Job files, including homeowner details and photos, are deleted 12 months after the proposal is delivered. You can ask us to delete a job, or all of your information, sooner by emailing us. Billing records are kept as long as tax law requires.
Homeowners
If your contractor sent us information about your home, we use it only to prepare their proposal for you. To ask about it or have it deleted, email us or contact your contractor.
